Nowadays,
having a spare-time for exercise is very difficult to get for working
individuals. After a tiring 8-hour work,
my next stop probably was to go home and rest or just hang-out with friends,
get some drinks and enjoy the night. But lately, I felt that I’ve been so dull
and is having headaches that occurs almost every day. Upon research, I have
found out that a regular exercise can help reduce migraines which can work for
some individuals (though this is not appropriate for everyone).
I hit the
gym and fortunately making wonders for me. Before, my goal is to only reduce
migraines but now, my goal is to shape my body that can tremendously increase
self-confidence. So, how can I achieve a good-looking body? A combination of
exercise, diet, adequate sleep is enough but adding a moderate amount of BCAASupplements could definitely help.
What are BCAA Supplements
BCAA Suplements are 3 amino acids in 1
supplement namely: leucine, isoleucine and valine whereas each having their own
functions and roles to our body:
Leucine as an essential amino
acid is known to preserve lean mass and increase mTor to your body which
promotes muscle growth in our body. It is also acknowledged as the most
effective and the most important BCAA because it breaks down quickly and

mentioned earlier, BCAAs have tremendous amounts of benefits everyone can take
advantage.

How Much and When to Take BCAA Supplements
There are
different opinions about this matter. Some drink on pre-work out, during work
and after work out. But for me, pre-work out or taking it 30-60 minutes work
out is the best because Amino Acids will enter the blood stream and will take
effect beforehand and will prevent muscle work out.
You can also
intake Amino Acids after work out as to support recovery of muscles. As per dosage, you can intake for about 5-10g
multiple times a day.
