I know most of you guys have that summer body goals to
achieve. Maybe your reason for that summer bod would be to impress your crush,
or just simply doing it just for yourself to increase your self-esteem. For any
reason, whether it maybe for yourself or for others, it is just too hard to
resist to challenge yourself to work hard and achieve this goal. But the
question is how can you achieve that Summer Bod?
For most of the body builders out there here are the three
key things that you should do to achieve that summer bod:
Basic Body Building
- Body building is the process of building muscles all through-out the body. It is the undergoing process of strenuous activities that you undergo to make your muscles bigger.
- In body building, majority of the body builders focus on one muscle per session: (1) chest and triceps, (2) back and biceps and (3) legs.
- For optimal body building performance, maximum of 6 times a week and minimum of 3 times a week should be spent on body workout.
- For routine, it should be 3-4 body work out per muscle, 3 sets and 8 to 12 repetitions. It could be you’ll start at 8, then 10, then 12.
- Increasing weights little by little at least every week is much better than not increasing at all.
Proper Body
Conditioning
- So why do you need proper body conditioning? While you need to build muscles, it is also essential to burn fats as well.
- Body conditioning exercises includes, running, swimming, cycling, jumping, jogging, joining an aerobics class and playing sports such as tennis, basketball, badminton and many more.
Proper Diet

For a proper diet, you can also follow this few
simple tips:
1. Eat
less but frequent meals in 3 hour intervals than 3 big meals a day.
2. Drink
8 glasses of water a day.
3. Eat
fruits and vegetables in every meal.
4. Lessen
carbs, most weightlifters eat carbs post workout only.
5. Eat
proteins every meal about 200g/day.
