There were mixed reactions with regards to her move, some have definitely bashed her for it which included her grandmother which said that it was not a just move and it would definitely ruin her career.

But some have also seen it as a heroic move and an inspiration which includes Aiza Seguerra where she said that there is nothing wrong with changing her name as long as the move sets her free.

Even though she had a tough time gaining his grandmother’s approval, she still said that she understands and respect his grandmother’s reaction regarding the issue. She also made it clear that it is just her screen name that has been changed. She also admitted that she is now taking testosterone or male hormones which helped her grew mustache and deep voice.
