Things to Check for you to Buy the Best Protein Powder

best protein powder for women
Yes! I found the right protein powder for me!
For almost 2 months now, I’ve been working out my body so hard to sweat out those extra fats and to remove that big belly which adds burden to my low self-esteem. Yes, it’s been difficult to convince myself to go back to the gym after my first three days as my muscles began to hurt so much and feels like swelling. Because of this, I asked my gym trainer if I should stop this now to remove the pain but he told me to continue my work out as it would eventually ease the pain otherwise I would just waste those 3 days and gain more fats in the long run. He added that I should also look out for the best protein powder for women that would work best for me.

So, how can you find the best protein powder?

Know what protein you need.

As beginners, we tend to easily believe what our trainers or other body builder friends recommend us. But actually, we usually believe that all protein powders are the same but no, there are mass gainers and pure protein powders that are available in the market.

Both Mass gainers and Protein powders contain the following: carbs, fats and protein. For ideal composition of Protein powder to use, be sure that the protein powder is:

· Low Carb (1-5g)

· Low Fat (1-5g)

· High Protein (20-30g)

Know about the Brand’s reputation.

Nowadays, there are many protein brands that claims that they can give you this and that, can do this and that to your body. Well, do not be gullible and believe easily. Know more about the reputation of the brand. Know how long they have been around the market. I recommend that they have been around for at least 3 years with all positive reviews about the product.

Choose quality over quantity.

Never be swayed by Protein powders that claims they have added an ingredient that can help you improve your muscles. Be sure that you see the nutrition facts that contains easy to pronounce ingredients and it is lower than 10.
